Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- USA, Canada, Australia & International: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
